
Tsarukyan Says Pashinyan Must Step Down Before Snap Elections
Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) leader Gagik Tsarukyan today repeated his demand that Nikol Pashinyan resign as the country’s prime minister.
Tsarukyan told reporters in Yerevan that the first step in resolving Armenia’s current situation is Pashinyan’s resignation, followed by snap parliamentary elections.
Earlier today, Tsarukyan and Pashinyan met behind closed doors to discuss the domestic political situation.
Tsarukyan told reporters that he conveyed the same message to Pashinyan during their meeting.
