During today’s meeting in Moscow between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that preconditions have been created for a comprehensive settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Today’s meeting, according to a Pashinyan spokesperson, was to focus on regional economic matters rather than any political agreement on the Karabakh issue.

Putin said the November 9 trilateral ceasefire is being implemente and the situation in Artsakh is calm.
