The 46th anniversary of the founding of the Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia (ASALA) was marked today at Yerevan’s Yerablur Military Pantheon.

A memorial service dedicated to those who gave their lives in the pursuit of Armenian liberation was celebrated by Archbishop Voskan Galpakyan.

“Those present also paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs of the Artsakh liberation war by visiting their graves," reads a statement issued by the Armenian People’s Movement.
