Artsakh Foreign Affairs Minister Davit Babayan and Armenia’s Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan met today in Stepanakert and discussed the importance of intensifying efforts to further strengthen Homeland-Diaspora cooperation.

According to a statement released by Babayan’s office, the sides exchanged views on issues related to the implementation of humanitarian programs in Artsakh with the involvement of the potential of the Diaspora.
