During a meeting with his Russian counterparts today in Yerevan, RA Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan noted that the number of private colleges in Armenia had almost been halved due to stricter guidelines put in place by the government.

The two sides also discussed the activities of branches of various Russian colleges and universities now operating in Armenia and issues related to joint educational projects.
