A Yerevan court today rejected a motion filed by the Investigative Committee to detain Arshak Zakaryan, one of the five individuals arrested at a January 28 anti-Pashinyan protest outside the Government Building in Yerevan.

The five were charged with a “premediated attempt to occupy buildings, facilities, means of transportation or communication.” (Criminal Code Article 219).
