Russians Using UAVs to Monitor Karabakh Ceasefire
Russian servicemen attached to the Russian-Turkish monitoring center in Aghdam, tasked with monitoring the situation in Nagorno Karabakh, are using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry.
Russian peacekeepers have used the Russian Orlan-10 and Israeli Searcher (Russian name: Forpost) unmanned aerial vehicles.
The center, which both countries agreed to set up in November, was officially opened in the Aghdam region of Azerbaijan. It will be staffed by up to 60 servicemen each from Turkey and from Russia.
