Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan and Swedish Ambassador to Armenia Patrik Svensson. Met today and discussed the democratic reforms being carried out in Armenia and thanked Sweden for its support in the process.

In addition to existing cooperation at the bilateral level, they also referred to the cooperation within the framework of the Eastern Partnership and the further development of Armenia's relations with the EU.

The two, according to a statement released by Avinyan’s office, discussed security issues, including the post-war situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and the need for the immediate return of Armenian captives.
