Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan reports that his office has sent a detailed report to the UN Human Rights Council accusing Azerbaijan of delaying the return of Armenian war prisoners and thus grossly violating international requirements.

The report says Azerbaijani authorities are abusing legal procedures and politicizing the issue of the return of prisoners.

"By doing so, they cause mental suffering to our society and, first of all, to the families of the captives, play with their emotions and cause targeted tension," Tatoyan says.
