Vazgen Manukyan, one of the leaders of the anti-Pashinyan Homeland Salvation Movement (HMS), was summoned to the Investigative Committee today, questioned, and forced to sign a guarantee not to leave the country.

Manukyan is being investigated on charges that on February 12 and 20 he publicly called for violence, seizing state power, and forcibly overthrowing the constitutional order.

Manukyan, the HMS candidate to lead a transitional government in Armenia, told reporters that he offered no testimony.
