A criminal case was launched in the Investigation Department of Armavir Police on the infliction of willful bodily damage to health.

Taking into consideration the public interest we inform that on 6 April, 2012 “Armavir Medical Center” made a report to the Armavir Division of the RA Police informing that the resident of Armavir town Arnak Kurghisyan had been taken to the hospital with bodily injuries.

Besides, on the same day at about 10:00 a.m. the resident of Armavir town Samvel Poghosyan had been taken to Metsamor hospital.

The operative measures revealed that the above-mentioned persons had been injured on the same day while quarreling with strangers near the cemetery of Sardarapat village in Armavir region.

Prosecutor General's Office reports that a criminal case was initiated pursuant to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
