No Parliament Session Today Due to Absence of MP's

Today’s National Assembly session never convened because not enough MP’s showed up to constitute the necessary quorum.

According to parliamentary procedure, National Assembly Vice-President Edward Sharmazanov waited 3 hours for a quorum count to be registered.

When it failed, Sharmazanov declared the session invalid.
