The Armenian Ministry of Health reported today that 15,000 doses of the Russian Sputnik-V vaccine have been imported to Armenia for 7,500 people and 24,000 Astra Zeneca vaccines via the Covax Facility initiative.

At a Yerevan press conference today, Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan said that   medical workers, those 65 and older, chronically ill people, residents of elderly care centers, employees of social care centers will first get the vaccine free of charge exclusively on a voluntary basis.
