The Artsakh National Assembly convened a special plenary sitting on today.

One issue discussed was the need to recruit personnel for the country’s armed forces given the losses incurred during last year’s war.

A bill was submitted by Deputy Minister of Justice Kamo Kocharyan to ease age requirements for military service.

The bill was adopted unanimously.
