Artsakh Prime Minister Urges Redoubling of Efforts to "Clean-Up" Country

Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Hautunyan called several ministers and state agency heads to a meeting today, telling them to ratchet up their efforts regarding the monthly sanitary cleaning, tree planting and overall municipal improvements projects in urban and rural communities throughout the country.

Each month, the Artsakh government allocates 7.5 million AMD for such projects.

PM Harutyunyan noted that the holiday month of May is fast approaching and that large numbers of guests and tourists are expected to visit Artsakh.

“This fact reminds us that beautification and clean-up work needs to be completed on time and properly,” he noted.
