Baghdad Fire: President Sarkissian Sends Condolences to Iraqi President

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has conveyed his condolences to Iraqi President Barham Salih regarding the April 25 fire at a Baghdad hospital that killed more than eighty and injured over one hundred.

The explosion and subsequent fire is reported to have been caused by an oxygen tank blast.
