Armenia Allocates $5.6 Million to Build 15 New Schools
The Armenian government says it will spend an additional 2.942 billion AMD (US$5.661M) to build new schools and preschools in the country.
1.5 billion drams will be spent to build fifteen new schools – one each in Ararat, Armavir, Shirak, Vayots Dzor, two in Aragatzotn, Gegharkunik, Kotayk, Lori, and three schools in Syunik Province.
The remainder will go towards building modular pre-schools in nine provincial communities.
