Putin, Aliyev Discuss Armenian-Azerbaijani Border Stand-Off

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, by telephone today, discussed the tense situation along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

The two presidents, according to a Kremlin statement, agreed that the issue should be resolved exclusively through political-diplomatic means.

Putin stressed that Russia will continue its mediation efforts to reach an agreement between Yerevan and Baku on launching a demarcation and demarcation process along the border.

Putin and Aliyev noted that regional security and stability matters must be resolved according to the "letter and spirit" of the November 9, 2020 and January 11, 2021 trilateral statements.

Nothing must be discussed by Armenia untill all captives are released and all Azeris are off of all Armenian Historical lands from Artsakh all the way to Baku. Nothing prevents the families of the totured and captives and owners of property rights from bringing tort claims including spoilation of evidence in the United States federal district courts of California pursuant to 28 USC 1350 and the Torture Victims Prevention Act so as to stop the vandalism and release the captives still held.
