Hayastan Bloc Rules Out Coalition Deal with Pashinyan Forces
The Hayastan (Armenia) election alliance, headed by former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, accused the Pashinyan government of “national treachery”, announcing it would refuse any government coalition proposal.
“During the past three years, the authorities have not fulfilled any promise. They have destroyed the economy, have instilled hatred and enmity in the society, and have lost the patriotic war, sacrificing thousands of precious lives and ruining our national aspirations. Today, it is obvious that the ruling administration will lose power because of the elections,” the Hayastan statement reads.
The Hayastan bloc includes the ARF - Dashnaktsutyun and the recently created Reviving Armenia party.
