Maps for POWs: Pashinyan Says He's Ready to Meet with Aliyev
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during a Q&A session with the Armenian community in Vilnius, Lithuania, said he was ready to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Pashinyan was responding to Aliyev’s statement earlier this week, in which the Azerbaijani president said he was ready to meet with Pashinyan given certain conditions. One of those conditions was that Armenia handed over all maps showing the mine fields Armenian forces laid in Karabakh.
Pashinyan called on Aliyev to hand over all Armenian POWS now held in Azerbaijan.
Pashinyan is in Lithuania on an official visit.
