According to the Haynews.am website, three Armenian soldiers have been killed in Tavoush Marz along the border with Azerbaijan.
The site claims that the news has been confirmed by Tavoush Regional Governor Armen Ghoularyan.
Hetq contacted Moushegh Aghekyan, an official at the Ministry of Defense, who said they would be releasing a statement shortly.
This news comes on the heels of reports of Azerbaijani gunfire across the Tavoush border that hit the Armenian village of Dovegh.
In an unrelated incident, the APA news site today reported that Azerbaijani Army Lieutenant Vagif Zakir Abdullayev was killed by Armenian forces along the Aghdam frontline in Artsakh.
