Putin, Pashinyan, Aliyev Video Summit Being Prepared, Says Kremlin Spokesman
A video summit between the leaders of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan is being prepared but there are no exact agreements on the timing, Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters today.
"I will explain about the topic of the videoconferencing of Putin, Aliyev and Pashinyan. Indeed, we confirmed that work is underway to prepare such a meeting, but here we want to note there are no exact agreements and understandings as to when such a videoconference can take place. This work continues,” RIA Novosti quotes Peskov as saying.
Earlier, in response to a question from Interfax, Peskov said that a trilateral meeting of Putin, Pashinyan and Aliyev could take place via video conference. According to Interfax sources, the online meeting will take place early this week.
