Body of Armenian Soldier Found Near Azerbaijani Border

The body of conscript soldier Suren Avetisyan (b. 2001) was found today at an Armenian military outpost along the northeastern border with Azerbaijan.

The Armenian Defense Ministry reports that the body had a gunshot wound to the head.

An investigation has been launched.
