Armenian Stamps in World's Top Ten

At this year’s Vienna International Stamp Exhibition, stamps issued in Armenia in 2009 were rated in the top ten along with Bulgaria, Sweden, Slovakia, Australia, Finland, Lichtenstein, Czech Republic, Croatia and Macao.

Pictured is a Christmas stamp issued in Armenia based on a manuscript painting by Toros Roslin. It put Armenia in the top ten for most beautiful stamps. The stamp’s artist is Stepan Azaryan.
