
Turkey Says Armenia Will Send Delegation to "3+3" Platform Meeting in Moscow
The Turkish Foreign Ministry reports that the first meeting of the “3+3” South Caucasus cooperation platform proposed by Turkey and Azerbaijan will be held in Moscow on December 10.
The Turkish delegation will headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Sedat Önal.
The ministry reports that Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia and Iran will be represented by their deputy foreign affairs ministers.
The Armenian government has yet to officially respond to the statement.
Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is in Paris, where he is taking part in the joint sitting of the working group on the development and expansion of the Armenian-French economic cooperation.
Yesterday, during a Q&A in the Armenian National Assembly, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that Armenia will participate in the "3 + 3" platform, but on condition that issues already discussed on other platforms will not be repeated.
