The leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan are scheduled to meet with European Council President Charles Michel in Brussels on December 14 ahead of the Eastern Partnership summit.

Michel will hold separate talks with Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, followed by a joint meeting with both.

The talks are designed to facilitate direct contacts and improved relations between Yerevan and Baku.
