Tass cites Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov as saying that Baku supports the process to normalize relations between Turkey and Armenia. 

"Azerbaijan fully supports the normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia," Bayramov is quoted saying at a press conference today.

He added that Azerbaijan is interested in developing relations with all its neighbors based on international law.
