Armenia’s Human Rights Defender’s Office reports that it has received 137 calls regarding election violations and other infractions during the period 8am to noon.
Public Affairs head Naira Karmirshlyan told Hetq that most of the calls have been about the disappearing ink stamps and bribe giving.
She said that the Office had dispatched investigators in response to 60 of the 137 calls.
The Office has set up a hot line (#116) for such calls.
