Armenia’s Mikayel Mikayelyan came in 61st in today’s Men’s 15km Classic cross-country skiing event at the Beijing Winter Olympics with a time of 43:09.1 minutes.

Mikayelyan, 22, hails from the village of Ashotsk in Armenia’s Shirak Province.

Finland’s Livo Niskanen took gold with a time of 37:54.8 minutes.

95 of the 99 athletes who started the event crossed the finish line.
