The Armenian Red Cross Society says it has allocated 15,000 drams (US$31) to 15,000 vulnerable individuals displaced during the 2020 Artsakh war to cover their utility bills.

The society says it has, to date, allocated 1.861 billion drams ($3.9M) to the government’s cash support programs targeting those displaced during the war.
