
Armenian, Turkish Special Representatives Meet in Vienna
The special representatives of Armenia and Turkey met today in Vienna for talks designed to normalize relations between the two countries.
Ruben Rubinyan and Serdat Kılıç, according to a statement released by Armenia’s Foreign Ministry, confirmed that the goal of the negotiations is to achieve full normalization between Armenia and Turkey, as agreed during their first meeting in Moscow.
They discussed specific steps that can be mutually undertaken to that end and reiterated their agreement to continue the process without preconditions.
