Armenian National Assembly Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan today received a delegation led by EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar.

Issues related to Armenia-EU cooperation as well as ensuring regional stability were discussed, this according to a statement released by Rubinyan’s office.

The process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Turkey was also discussed.

Rubinyan described ongoing Azerbaijani provocations directed against Armenians in Artsakh including the refusal to allow repairs to a section of pipeline supplying natural gas to Karabakh.
