Armenian residents of Khramort, a community in Artsakh’s Askeran region were evacuated today after Azerbaijani troops advanced from the Line of Contact towards the village of Parukh.

The Artsakh government reports that Russian peacekeepers are negotiating with Azerbaijani military representatives to have Azerbaijani troops return to their previous positions.

"We urge the population to remain calm, the situation in all other parts of the line of contact is stable at the moment," the government’s statement reads.
