Job Description: The Hetq Media Factory Project Manager must ensure the smooth implementation of the Factory’s educational process and the organization of events. The project manager is also responsible for coordinating the work of the educational and technical departments, instructors, and the administrative team.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage the Hetq Media Factory educational process, supervise the administrative team of the Media Factory, track and ensure the proper use and maintenance of the Factory equipment.
• Organize weekly meetings with the team and the lecturers,
• Be available for individual meetings and discussions with students, faculty, and team members,
• Discuss the annual curriculum with lecturers and ensure that individual syllabi conform to Hetq Media Factory ideology and objectives,
• To expose problems in the educational process if any and to offer solutions to the Hetq Media Factory Board,
• Maintain communication with donor organizations,
• Coordinate the process of preparing and publishing media production by Hetq Media Factory students,
• Develop a monthly social media strategy with the Hetq Media Factory’s social media manager, track the quality of content posted on social media pages,
• Write grant narrative reports and develop interim write-ups regarding the program’s progress (presenting success stories, challenges, lessons learned, etc.)
• Initiate fundraising activities (preparation of new grant applications and budgets for the Factory’s sustainability), research and propose opportunities to expand the operations of the Factory
• Track purchases and expenses, and track the grant budget to ensure that spendings are done in accordance with the approved grant awards

Requirements:

• BA or MA Degree (a degree from an international university will be considered an advantage),
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in project management, strategic management education, media production, communications, and/or other relevant fields, 
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English, advanced writing skills in English
• Experience in project management, team, and financial management,
• Experience in working with grants and international donor  organizations,
• Work experience in the media field, knowledge of the Armenian media landscape,
• Knowledge of innovative media formats will be an advantage.
