
Armenian Security Council Head Says Government Prioritizes Rights of Artsakh Armenians
Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan today reiterated that the Pashinyan government continues to stress the security and rights of Armenians in Artsakh in peace negotiations with Baku.
"We are convinced that their rights and security will determine the status issue," Grigoryan told reporters covering today’s cabinet session.
Speaking about the next meeting of the joint Border Security Commission in Moscow, Grigoryan noted that the working groups will continue to discuss how to advance the process
Grigoryan said any tension along the border will negatively impact the demarcation process.
“Border stability remains on our agenda. We will discuss the matter and hope to find solutions to avoid border incidents border," he said.
