On May 7, 2012, Vardges Gaspari made a report in the Central Division of the Police informing that on May 6, 2012, he was Levon Zurabyan’s proxy in the precincts 9/15 and 9/16 (Aregnazan school). Some people acted like hooligans and gathered in the precincts hindering the implementation of his activities as a proxy.

In particular, V. Gaspari mentioned that they had threatened him, about which he had informed the policemen who had answered that they could do nothing and he should go to the Police Division and make a report.

On May 7, 2012, Vardges Gaspari made a report on crime to the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia by attaching the above-mentioned appeal. V. Gaspari mentioned that on May 6, 2012, crime had been committed near the precincts 9/15 and 9/16 and the Police had not tried to prevent the crimes.

Materials are prepared in the Central Division of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
The mentioned report made to the Prosecutor General was sent to the Police for investigation.
