The foreign ministers of Armenia and Russia today, by telephone, discussed implementation of the November 9, 2020 Artsakh war ceasefire agreement and the security situation in the South Caucasus.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov, according to a statement released by the Armenian Foreign Ministry, discussed post-war humanitarian issues and the need to secure the release of Armenian POWs and others detained in Azerbaijan.
