Three of the four individuals arrested on August 26 as part of the investigation into the August 14 fire and explosion that killed sixteen at Yerevan’s Surmalu Market, have been detained.

The three shop owners face charges of causing death by negligence.

The deputy director of the Yerevan Canning Factory CJSC, the company that runs the market, will be released.

HOW DIFFICULT WAS IT FOR THIS BRAIN-DEAD DEPUTY DIRECTOR TO ENSURE THAT FIRE SAFETY VIOLATIONS WERE CORRECTED AFTER THEIR RECORDED VIOLATIONS? HE'D ACTUALLY NEED TO CARE ABOUT HIS JOB, HAVE SELF-RESPECT, AND RESPECT FOR HIS NATION, PEOPLE, AND FOR THE RULE OF LAW AND ORDER, TO RESPONSIBLY CARRY OUT HIS OBLIGATIONS. CLEARLY, HE DOESN'T AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE CAUSING UNNECESSARY DEATH AND DESTRUCTION. FOR PEOPLE SO SMART, IT IS MIND BOGGLING HOW STUPID, RECKLESS, AND CARELESS ARMENIANS ARE. CORRUPT, SELFISH, AND GODLESS ARMENIANS DESTROYED THE HOMELAND IN THREE DECADES AFTER INDEPENDENCE. NO WONDER EVERYONE LEFT ARMENIA AND THE DIASPORA DOESN'T SEND MONEY ANYMORE.
