A proposed CSTO fact-finding delegation has yet to arrive along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border where fighting broke out yesterday.

"As far as I know, the CSTO mission has not arrived yet. In any case, the decision was made only late yesterday evening. It still needs to be formulated, they need to get there," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said today.

CSTO decided to send a fact-finding delegation, headed by CSTO Secretary General Stanislv Zas, at yesterday’s special CSTO summit.

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, in a parliamentary Q&A today, said the delegation should arrive tomorrow.
