Armenia’s Human Rights Defender’s (HRD) office reports that some 2,570 civilians in the country’s eastern Gegharkunik province been forced to leave their homes due to the fighting along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

An HRD fact-finding delegation has been dispatched to the areas in Armenia (Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Gegharkunik) impacted by the fighting.

The HRD reports that Azerbaijani forces are targeting civilian sites and emergency vehicles.
