Azerbaijani military forces attacked Armenia’s border from Sotk (Gegharkunik) to Goris (Syunik) today with rocket artillery, targeting peaceful areas as well, this according to the Armenian Defense Ministry.  

"Buildings and transport vehicles used by Russian peacekeepers in the region have faced heavy artillery attacks as well. This is yet another indicator that while Baku might be claiming that they are on the defensive, they are in fact unable to differentiate between their attacks on Armenia's Armed Forces and the Russian peacekeepers," a ministry statement reads.

Azerbaijani attacks seem to be centered around Armenian military hospitals where various Armenian companies and citizens send food, medicine and other humanitarian assistance.
