The next tripartite meeting of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and European Council President Charles Michel will take place in November in Brussels.

The news was reported by the Azerbaijani president’s website after Aliyev’s meeting today with EU Council President Charles Michel on the sidelines of the European Political Community’s inaugural summit.

According to the website, Aliyev expressed his support for the Brussels format of negotiations between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan and thanked Michel for his mediation mission.

Michel, French President Emmanuel Macron, Pashinyan and Aliyev are scheduled to meet later today to discuss relations between Yerevan and Baku and steps needed to ensure peace in the South Caucasus.
