The Artsakh Internal Affairs Ministry reports that Azerbaijani troops today fired on a farmer in the Martuni village of Hatsi, damaging his tractor.

Igor Abrahamyan told police he was forced to leave his tractor in the field, fleeing the oncoming bullets.

Local authorities will report the incident to Russian peacekeepers.
