A delegation headed by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today met with   representatives of the French Central Committee of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation in Paris and discussed Artsakh's internal and external policy, Artsakh-Diaspora cooperation, and regional developments. were discussed.
