Yerevan Marchers Demand Reopening of Lachin Corridor
Several thousand people marched through downtown Yerevan today demanding the reopening of the Lachin Corridor linking Artsakh and Armenia.
The marchers started from Liberty Square, stopped at the Russian and French embassies, and ended at the U.N. Office.
The march was organized by a group of young artists in Armenia.
“It has been eight days since Azerbaijan closed the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia and the world. The 120,000 population of Artsakh, including 30,000 children, is under siege,” reads a Facebook post of the group․
