
2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Yerevan Attracts 33 Million Views
The 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, which took place in Yerevan earlier this month, attracted 33 million views according to its organizer the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
Thirteen-year-old Lissandro Formica, from France, won the contes with the song "Oh maman!".
The contest has been held annually since 2003.
(The EBU is an alliance of public service media organizations whose countries are within the European Broadcasting Area or who are members of the Council of Europe. As of 2022, it is made up of 112 member organizations from 54 countries and 31 associate members from another twenty countries.)
