Artsakh State Minister: Our People Remain Committed to Independence
Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, at a year-end consultative session today, told state officials that despite the ongoing blockade of the Lachin Corridor the people of Artsakh are commited to the vision of independence and remain unbowed.
Vardanyan said his plan to reform the government’s apparatus will continue despite the challenges facing Artsakh.
He admitted that the blockade has strained the country’s economic resources, adding that greater work will be required to ensure the normal life of the population.
"Despite these difficulties, we will go forward. There is no other way," he stressed.
