Baku Prevents Red Cross from Transferring Artsakh Medical Patients to Armenia

Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan reports that Baku has barred the International Red Cross from transferring critical medical patients from Artsakh to Armenia for the past eleven days.

Stepanyan says Baku’s April 23 installation of a checkpoint along the Lachin Corridor is the main culprit.
