Georgian Airlines Cancels Tbilisi-Moscow Flights Via Yerevan

Georgian Airways has canceled transit flights from Tbilisi to Moscow via Yerevan.

The move follows a May 10 decision by Russian President Vladimir Putin establishing a visa-free regime for Georgian citizens to enter Russia from May 15, 2023.

Putin, in another decree, lifted a ban on air transportation from Russia to Georgia, which had been in effect since June 2019.
