Baku Must Open Lachin Corridor Before Direct Talks, Says Artsakh Foreign Ministry
The Artsakh foreign ministry stated today that it is ready to resume direct talks with Azerbaijan to diplomatically resolve the Karabakh issue but that such dialog must be held under an international recognized format and only after Baku opens the Lachin Corridor.
“In this context, we once again emphasize the importance of using the potential and experience of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship Institute, as well as the effective cooperation of all the main actors involved in the peaceful settlement of the conflict,” the statement reads.
